How soon can I get my order?
3 to 5 weeks is the normal delivery time. Each order is custom made to fit your specifications. Please allow an additional week for orders placed during a holiday season, such as Christmas or Valentines day. All products are custom ordered and cannot be canceled.
Will I get Promotional emails?
Yes, you will receive Approx. 1 email a month. You can "unsubscribe" on the hyperlink contained in the first promotional email we send you. You will not receive any further Promotional emails, however, your email address is still kept on file for communications regarding past or future orders, placed in this store. Why do I get ERROR Messages?
If you are trying to check out and you receive an error message, 99% of the time, it is problem with how the data was entered. The most common mistake is not using the right expiration date of the charge card.
Try the following steps. Recheck Expiration Date and Recheck Security Code and Retry. Also, you should review ---
1.) Go to " Account History ". Check the following information. The Name, Address, City, State, and Zip, must be the same
as the information on the Charge Card. You can change the shipping address at Checkout.
2.) If you are still having a problem, it could be a problem with your information on our site and what is on file with your credit card
company. Please Contact your card company for verification.
3.) We will not be able to help you, until you have completed steps 1 & 2.
4.) If you have verified everything is correct and you still are having a problem, Contact Us. Payment Transaction solution ( PayPal ). Error Code Explanation at ( Check Out ).
If you did not get a "Payment Transaction Confirmation from Paypal, and JCBling, it is possible, the Transaction did not complete.
The Swarovski Crystals only are Guaranteed for the life of the product. Should a crystal fall off or become damaged, simply contact us and we will offer you 2 options. 1.) We will send you replacement crystals with instructions for gluing. 2.) Return to Jimmy Crystal for crystal replacement and a small fee of $10.00 for return shipping is required. If your order is damaged in materials and/or workmanship, We offer a 30 day full replacement guarantee. You may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt replacement. How do I check on an "Order"?
Membership is required to view an order online. You received an email with a "Confirmation Number ". Go to " Account History ".
How do I see my "Account History"?
Membership is required to view all orders you have placed. The list shows the invoice date, activity (credit, sale), invoice number, confirmation number, invoice total and status (ordered, shipped, etc.). Go to Customer Service and click on " Account History ".
Can I keep my "Shopping Cart" for later?
The cart is "remembered" by placing a cookie on the customer's computer. This cookie is only used to manage the customer's shopping cart. The cookie will be good 2 weeks, and will expire after that time. This allows you to retain information in your cart.

Do you offer "Gift Wrapping"?
Only during Special Holidays. This allows the customer to send items purchased as gifts. You will be prompted for a separate ship-to address and a personal message to be included with the gift when checking out. If you have a special request, contact us.
Colors Can I Change the crystal colors?
Yes!!! Any item in our store may be custom designed by you. Simply choose the style number and enter the crystal color desired.
Caution: We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products online. However, since the actual color you see depends on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. If you need assistance in choices of colors, or recommendations, before purchasing, Contact Us.
Can I have Crystals put on my own items?
Yes!!! Contact us and we will make the arrangements for you. We have customers that order their company logo in Crystals for their cell phone covers. Others, like to be a little more dramatic and crystallize their laptops. Contact Us thru Customer Service above.
Can I order Reading Glasses in a Different Strength?
Reading glasses are available in common strengths of 150, 200, & 250. Some reading glasses are available in strengths from 100 to 400.
The Drop Down menu on each product specifies the only strength available for that style..
Can I have an Optometrist put in my on Strength.
Yes...!!! Certain styles can be modified by a Qualified Optometrist. Only the styles on these 2 links are recommended for modifications. Reading Glasses for Optical RX. ......... Sunglasses for Optical RX.
Caution: Optometrist work may lose a few crystals. You can send the glasses back to factory for Crystal Replacements ONLY! Please contact our office for Return Authorization. If Optometrist damages the product in any way, they are responsible for product replacement.
How Do I Clean my items?
Since each item is custom made and every crystal is hand placed, use a soft dry cloth and gently wipe.
Never submerge in water, Its that simple!. I always put my glasses back in their case when not in use. I have found this protects the crystals and the lenses.
